I grew up in Tehran, Iran where the art of cooking and baking is usually passed on from mothers to daughters. I originally learned how to make pastries and cakes at home during our Newrooz celebration.
Later on I attended the culinary institute and graduated in 2004. During our training we learned the culinary art of Iran and a few items of other countries.
Since 2004 I have been serving businesses and Home celebrations (birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, Newrooz and any other occasions) providing delicious pastries and cakes.
It has been my passion to introduce the Iranian culinary art to the local and international segment of the society knowing that our fantastic delicacies can attract a large audience. I love to learn other cultures and their culinary and apply those into my cooking.
